[HADES Updates - Mariia Redchuk]

Notes:
- pygama uses the same method as ge-proc for charge trapping, but superior optimization
- synch HADES data to NERSC: Morgan has access to push data to NERSC

ToDo:
- Mariia: run Yoann's ge-proc scripts on older orders as a cross-check of version, charge trapping settings etc.
- Mariia: CT correction slope uncertainties
- Mariia: Google Sheet / GitHub issues for missing geometry and det char info (will be discussed at Analysis&Sim soon)
- Simon & Mariia: GitHub issue on Mirion serial number -> Jason
- synch HADES data to NERSC -> Yoann already pushed data to NERSC, need account allowed to push -> Morgan has access
    - Morgan: make MPIK account to push data to NERSC

Notes:
- using detector metadata json files as input for g4simple -> need to make sure the jsons are correct as there is often missing or wrong info -> updates from Mariia soon...
- signal-to-noise above peak -> slow pulses -> uncollimated is better
- seems to not be possible to combine Ba and Am results -> keep both
- borehole = 1/2 n+ -> can vary ratio and use as systematic error
- TL is modelled as linear, SSD group playing with erf -> need to synchronize char analysis and simulations efforts
- g4simple automation GitHub repo by Vale & Abi: https://github.com/legend-exp/legend-g4simple-simulation

- Abi & Vale: provide table/json with both Ba & Am results
- Mariia: add info to metadata (TBD at Analysis&Sim call which info to put, format etc)

Notes: 
- different TL models: step, linear, exp-linear, exp-linear + DL
- using gdml input, currently gdml files for MaGe or g4simple are constructed separately by Abi&Vale and Esteban -> better to share code constructing gdml from det metadata json, rather than gdml itself in the spirit of avoiding copies of the same det info in different formats
- full spectrum method (Ian Guinn) vs gamma counting method

ToDo:
- Esteban <-> Vale&Abi: share json->gdml code (checke out Vale&Abi's GitHub repo)

Notes:
- Co60 FWHM results available in new version
- all new ICPC processed with pygama old version
- wait until refactoring is finished -> reprocess all HADES data with proper reference
- timeline: refactoring in a few months, HADES pipeline end of the year
- currently focusing on commissioning, HADES can wait

- Mariia: tell George what kind of outputs and in which format do we want from pygama
